At Nord Craft, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Returns

We accept returns for most items within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The item was purchased directly from www.nordcraft.ca.
  • The item is not part of an excluded category (see “Exclusions” below).

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@nordcraft.ca or call us at (514) 502-7081. Our team will guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note, refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds:

In certain cases, a partial refund may be granted (if applicable) for items that are opened, used, or not in their original condition.

3. Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly offer an exchange at no extra cost to you. Please contact our support team to arrange for the exchange.

4. Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Gift cards.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label to send the damaged item back, and we will send you a replacement or issue a full refund, based on your preference.

6. Cancellation of Orders

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been processed or shipped can typically be canceled without issue. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it will follow our standard return procedure.
